I share my wholehearted thanks to Vinayak and everyone at Furry Flyers for the most stress-free travel of our cat Snuggles into the UK two weekends ago. From the word go- from initial questions as to the processes or doubts- Vinayak was not only extremely professional but totally up-to-date and thorough with answers backed by knowledge and updated information that instilled confidence about his experience in the business and legal know-how of geographies. He was extremely considerate and patient with us coming back with our final decision to choose Furry Flyers over others. What touched us most was his honest approach in trying to fit everything within our budget constraints without it affecting anything anywhere with the processes or the well-being of Snugs. Once we formalised things, his team worked with lightning speed. From Manisha, to Rajesh to Mayur- every single paperwork and handling of Snugs was taken care of in a 7-star manner, exceeding all expectations. Apart from emailing and being involved in the paperwork I was not involved as I was liaising with my friend Sonia, back in Mumbai (Snuggles' co-parent/guardian) who interacted with Rajesh and Mayur on the ground (as Snuggles was under her care). I will let Sonia write in her own words but will mention that she was completely blown-away with the care and professionalism after their first interaction and she too was convinced that we have chosen the best. Wonderful experience. However, had a very tough time dealing with one of the employees who thought that she was doing charitable service for us. Mr Vinayak was a charm to deal with. From all the way to getting titer test to final delivery, he was involved everywhere. Highly recommended.

We moved Zoe our 6 year old labrador to the UK with the help of Furry Flyers and I must say it was the best decision we took. I want to express my sincere gratitude to the Vinayak and Furry Flyers team in Mumbai for safely relocating my dog Willy from India to Los Angeles on Dusshera. Since May 2023 i have shared my requirement to them ,they took the time to understand my needs and the specific requirements for relocating my Dog who is 11 years of age from India to LA . They also kept me updated throughout the entire process, which was extremely reassuring. Timely Updates to my mails from Vinayak's team was highly appreciated. On the day of the flight, his team members arrived at my home early and carefully loaded Willy into crate. They made sure that he was comfortable and had everything he needed for the journey. They also briefed me and my dad on the entire process and answered all of our questions. We was able to track my Dog flight online, and I was relieved to see that it landed on time in Los Angeles.
